Being part of this family is not only about work, it’s also about bounding as a family and spending social fun time together. In our Mid year Training in July 2016, not only we learned about new trends and products, as well we had this amazing opportunity to learn professional painting. Being a hairstylist, our canvas was hair of course, the inspiring part of the evening was seeing what we were capable to create in our own style using the same seven shade colors. The uniqueness of being part of this major company like Matrix is that we work as a family and respect each other’s point of view by encouraging our individual talent.
